The Lea-Francis 2.5 Litre Sports is a rare car; only 88 were built, and around half that number remain in existence. This car is perhaps the rarest, having been the Lea-Francis factory's 1950 London Motor Show stand model, before it was sold to the factory's USA agent, Vaughan Singer Motors, Inc., in Hollywood California.
